The ISL51002CQZ-110 Analog Front End IC from Intersil provides industrial-strength performance for professional data acquisition applications. This ruggedized IC features 15V fault-protected inputs, 22-bit effective resolution, and <0.5 C accuracy for direct thermocouple measurements. The integrated AFE solution includes sensor burnout detection, open-circuit alarm, and 4-20mA transmitter drive capability.
